We ship both locally within South Africa and internationally. Shipping costs and estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout and may vary depending on your location, the size and weight of your order, and the shipping method selected.

Local Orders (South Africa) Standard delivery timeframes for local orders are 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

International Orders International delivery timeframes vary significantly depending on the destination country and the courier service used. Estimated timeframes will be provided at checkout. International customers are responsible for all import duties, customs taxes, and any additional fees levied by their country's customs authority. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Dispatch Times Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak periods, sale events, or promotional campaigns, dispatch times may be longer. We will communicate any significant delays to you via email.

Tracking Where tracking information is available, it will be provided to you via email once your order has been dispatched. It is your responsibility to monitor your tracking and make yourself available to receive your delivery.

Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to your absence or incorrect address details, any costs associated with redelivery or return of the parcel will be your responsibility. We are not liable for parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged after successful delivery to the address you provided.
